Davit Zalkaliani: Actions planned by law enforcement agencies of Georgia and France give me a reason to say that suspension mechanism will not be enacted

Visa liberalization is one of the main achievements of Georgia on the path of EU integration, – Minister of Foreign Affairs of Georgia David Zalkaliani said.

He said that this is one of the most important achievements and this should be preserved.

“That’s why we respond to any kind of concern that comes from our partners immediately. We use all measures. Today, cooperation between the Georgian and French law enforcement agencies has been announced. Those who misuse the visa-free travel, must not have the opportunity to violate these procedures and create difficulties for those who conscientiously use this important achievement”, – Minister said.
