“We see that the situation is changing practically daily, unfortunately, the number of COVID-19 patients is increasing. “Severe cases are becoming more common,” Putin said.

He said the country should be prepared for the worst-case scenario. According to the Russian president, the coming weeks will be crucial.

Putin also did not rule out that the military will be involved in the fight against COVID-19 in Russia.
