61 employees dismissed from Presidential Administration

Sixty-one employees have been dismissed from the Presidential Administration as a result of a reorganization. As president’s spokesperson Khatia Moisprarishvili reported, 37 employees have retained jobs after being interviewed, while cases of 11 employees have not been considered at all, as they are on maternity leave.

“Another stage of reorganization ended yesterday. The first stage of reorganization was announced on 31 December 2018 and lasted until January 15. Aftermath, the second stage started and the staff was interviewed. As a result: information and documentation of 61 public employees were sent to the Public Service Bureau in order the bureau to find jobs for them within a month. Those, who will refuse new jobs, will get compensation. As for the announcement of a competition for the remaining vacancies, this will be done at the next stage,” Moistsrapishvili said.
