Administration: No seat assigned to President at Ambassadors' Conference which breaches protocol

The Presidential Administration on Monday explained why Georgian President Salome Zourabichvili did not attend today’s Ambassadors’ Conference, saying Zourabichvili “had not been assigned a seat, which is a protocol violation.”

The annual meeting of Ambassadors’ Conference 2022 is underway at Georgian Foreign Ministry.

The Prime Minister Irakli Garibashvili, Foreign Minister Ilia Darchiashvili and Parliament Speaker Shalva Papuashvili gave speeches at the event.
