The Georgian Emergency Situations Management Service hosted a working meeting within the framework of the Substantial NATO-Georgia Package (SNPG).
Participants of the meeting discussed the management of the crisis-related situation in the aspect of military-civil cooperation.
The NATO experts group will arrive in Georgia to train Georgian staff. The joint training of the National Guards and Emergency Situations Management Service officers is also planned.
Deputy Head of the Emergency Situations Management Service Levan Ghirsiashvili, Commander of the National Guards of Defense Forces General Roman Jokhadze and NATO expert Peter Cos Claeson attended the meeting.
