Sweden donates SEK 5 million to Georgia within SNGP

The Swedish government allocated SEK 5 million to Georgia within the NATO-Georgia Substantial Package (SNGP), Swedish Ambassador to Georgia, Anna Lyberg, said.

“Swedish government has decided to donate SEK 5 million to Georgia as a part of the Substantial NATO-Georgia package. Money is to be used for projects in areas such as crisis management, cyber security and information sharing,” she tweeted.

The government of Sweden also donated SEK 50 million to Ukraine and SEK 5 million to Moldova. The financial aid is allocated from NATO different funds, the Swedish government said.
