In order to slow down the spread of the novel coronavirus, Georgia made wearing face masks mandatory in public spaces, with citizens facing a fine if caught without one.

However, according to the government’s decision, there are some exceptions: children who are 6 or under, citizens with respiratory problems, chronic lung disease, bronchial asthma, as well as people with disabilities will not be required to wear a face mask in public.
