Turkish government welcomes Georgian government’s peace initiative

The government of Turkey welcomes peace initiative of the Georgian government – Turkish Embassy in Georgia released a statement on the official page of social network Twitter.

“We welcome peace initiative “Step for Better Future” presented by the Georgian government. Turkey reiterates full support to Georgia’s territorial integrity and state sovereignty,” reads the statement.

Georgian Prime Minister Giorgi Kvirikashvili presented a new peace initiative of the government “Step for Better Future” during the governmental sitting on April 4.
