Three persons detained in connection with Khorava murder case

Ministry of Internal Affairs detained yet other three persons in connection with the fact of premeditated murder at Khorava Street.

MIA released a statement in that regard.

“On 4 December, as a result of operative-investigative activities, the officers of the Tbilisi Police Department of the Ministry of Internal Affairs detained citizens T.K, G.Sh. and Z.Ts.

The investigation found that T.K. and his/her children, L.K. and M.K. were informed that the juvenile G.J.( born in 2001), had committed a grave crime and they did not notify the law enforcers about it. Accordingly, citizen T.K. is detained for concealing the crime.

As for citizens – L.K. and M.K., investigative activities are still underway and the circle of people who will be charged with criminal offense for concealing the crime may increase.

The investigation also found that citizens – G.Sh. and Z.Ts helped G.J to hide from the prosecution. Accordingly, citizens G.Sh. and Z.Ts have been detained for concealing the crime”, – the statement reads.
