The perpetrator accused of sexual coercion and infringed upon the private life sentenced to four years' imprisonment

The Tbilisi City Court shared prosecution evidence and the perpetrator L.TS. accused of sexual coercion and infringed upon the private life found guilty,’ Prosecutor’s Office of Georgia stated.

‘Based on the evidence examined by the trial court, in 2017 the perpetrator L.TS. illegally obtained photos and video footage of I.K`s private life and sent it to the friends of the victim.

L.TS. also threatened the victim to distribute photos/videos in the social network and forced her to have sex with him,’- Prosecutor’s Office of Georgia said.

L.TS. was arrested on March 7, 2019, in Tbilisi and sentenced to four years’ imprisonment.
