Based on the evidence presented by the Prosecutor’s Office of Georgia, the defendant accused of domestic violence was sentenced to a year and three months` imprisonment.

The defendant who has unregistered costumery marriage with his wife L.N. assaulted her in the presence of their children,- Prosecutor’s Office of Georgia reports.
