“It is the duty of every Georgian citizen to nurture the historic success called visa-free regime with European Union,” Tea Tsulukiani, Georgian Justice Minister stated after the governmental sitting.
Tsulukiani today discussed the legislative changes aimed at making regulations stricter with respect to change of surnames based on negotiations led with EU member states.
Based on the new rule, an adult person will be able to change the surname only once during lifetime. Justice Minister expressed hope that lawmakers would support the reform.
