Tbilisi Sakrebulo Chair promises to continue unstoppable development of Georgia and Tbilisi through joint efforts
At the session of the Tbilisi City Council (Sakrebulo), Chairman Zurab Abashidze congratulated the majority members of the Council and the Georgian Dream–Democratic Georgia party on their victory in the local self-government elections.
“The support and trust shown by the Georgian people on October 4 have given us even greater motivation to work tirelessly for the well-being of every individual and family day after day. I want to extend my congratulations to everyone on a decisive victory in these elections. First and foremost, I congratulate each member of the Georgian Dream party and its leader, Irakli Kobakhidze. The ruling party has achieved very convincing results nationwide. I also want to congratulate Kakha Kaladze on his victory as mayor of the capital. Significantly, the elections concluded in the first round; this reflects the relentless efforts carried out over the years. Thank you all very much, and I wish success to both current and future members of the Sakrebulo,” said Zurab Abashidze.
The Chairman of the Sakrebulo and the Mtatsminda majoritarian noted that active work for the benefit of the people will persist.
“We will continue to work actively for the benefit of our city and its residents. Our dialogue and communication with citizens will remain. I promise to stand with you, and together, through joint efforts, we will carry on the unstoppable process of development for both Georgia and our capital,” concluded Zurab Abashidze.
