Tbilisi Mayor thanks voters, promises every vote will translate into concrete action
“From November 12, every Wednesday, together with my team, I will hold meetings with the public at Tbilisi City Hall from 16:00 to 18:00, which will allow me to speak directly with Tbilisi residents, so that no citizen who struggles to make their voice heard is left behind,” Tbilisi Mayor Kakha Kaladze announced in a video address circulated on social media.
Kaladze also spoke about the responsibility that comes with governing the capital for a third term.
“Tbilisi Sakrebulo (city council) has approved Tbilisi’s government. For me, this is a very emotional day, because I am acutely aware of the enormous responsibility that comes with earning the trust and support of Tbilisi residents for a third term, based on which we can continue all the reforms we have begun and implement the plans that we presented to you before the election.
On the one hand, this is confirmation that we are on the right path, our beautiful Tbilisi’s transformation for the better is evident to everyone, and on the other hand, it is an opportunity to make an even greater contribution to the capital’s development,” Kakha Kaladze stated.
Tbilisi Mayor also noted that his active communication with the public will continue in the future.
“I want to thank every voter, every supporter for this. I give you my word that your voice will translate into concrete action. The love, respect, and support you show me, I will repay through good work well done. We will not tire of serving you. We are ready to serve you unstintingly.
Almost daily, along with my team, I am present at various sites where our work is ongoing. I maintain constant communication with the public, visiting every district and neighbourhood to gather information directly from residents about the issues they face.
At the same time, I actively engage with citizens through social media. Once again, I want to thank you for the support I have received from you over the years. This means a great deal to me and serves as a genuine source of inspiration. We will do everything in our power to make our city even more beautiful and well-organised,” noted Kakha Kaladze.
