Georgia introduces compulsory third party liability insurance for the owners of mass gathering places from March 1.

In accordance with the Decree of the Government issued on December 28, 2017, compulsory third party liability insurance will refer to the following objects:

Trade Center; Market (except of special trade zone for agricultural products or auto markets);

Petrol and / or gas station and hotel (100 and more bed hotel, holiday house).
