Such an opinion is nothing new, though it was formally confirmed during the meeting of the two presidents. We heard Secretary of State Marco Rubio’s statements before saying the war in Ukraine is a ‘proxy war’ waged with the hands of a puppet. This makes it obvious that foreign friends or adversaries and internal beneficial idiots serving their interests wanted to drag us into a confrontation.

At the same time, this confirmation directly makes it clear why the war did not begin in Georgia in 2022, because those who wanted to use our country as a weapon, unlike the year of 2008, encountered patriots in the Georgian government instead of puppets.

We should not forget that 5 months before the war, when the development of events was feasible, on the day of the October 2021 self-government elections, which were declared a referendum, foreign special services sneaked Mikheil Saakashvili into the country in order to change the government through a violent scenario.
