Interim Investigation Commission into murder case of Khorava Street has already requested case materials from all relevant agencies. The corresponding letters have been already sent to the state agencies, – said Sergi Kapanadze, Chair of Interim Investigation Commission into murder case of Khorava Street, a bloody conflict among teenagers on December 1, 2017.
Kapanadze hopes that the commission will obtain the material in the shortest possible time.
According to him, the case material of the Prosecutor’s Office consists of 14 volumes and the Commission will try to study it as soon as possible.
The first meeting of the parliamentary will be held tomorrow. Commission Chair Sergi Kapanadze said that the first session will be of technical nature.
