Salome Zurabishvili to take part in events dedicated to 80th anniversary of World War II in Warsaw
President of Georgia Salome Zurabishvili is paying a working visit to the Republic of Poland.
Salome Zurabishvili will take part in events dedicated to the 80th anniversary of the outbreak of World War II in Warsaw, along with world leaders.
In addition, the Georgian President will hold several important meetings during the visit.
According to the Georgian President’s press office, Salome Zurabishvili will meet with Ukrainian President Vladimir Zelensky in Warsaw today. The meeting is scheduled to take place at the Regent Hotel in the morning.
Salome Zurabishvili will also meet with Speaker of the Swedish Parliament Andreas Norlén; President of the Republic of Bulgaria Rumen Radev; President of the Republic of Estonia Kersti Kaljulaid; Belgian Prime Minister Charles Michel; President of the Slovak Republic Zuzana Caputova.
At the end of the day, Salome Zurabishvili will attend an official dinner hosted by the President of the Republic of Poland, Andrzej Duda, as well as a concert commemorating the 80th anniversary of the outbreak of World War II.
On September 2, Salome Zurabishvili will speak at the opening of the exhibition “50 Women from Georgia” at the Senate of the Republic of Poland.
In addition, Salome Zourabichvili will deliver a speech at the conference “The Role of Women in Politics”.
The President of Georgia will attend the exhibition of Konstantine Tsitsishvili at the Embassy of Georgia.
