Russian Emergency Situations Management Service battling with fire in occupied Abkhazia
The Russian Emergency Situations Management Service is involved in battling with forest fire in Georgia’s occupied Abkhazia region.
The Russian media reports that the fire is spread onto 11 thousand hectares of territory. Russia has dispatched a plane and a helicopter to help extinguish the fire.
The fire in Abkhazia’s mountainous area broke out on November 10. Russian equipment is balling with fire in Sokhumi and Gudauta districts.
The fire in Pskhu-Gumista Natural Preserve is already distinguished. The smoke is spread to Sokhumi, Gagra, Gudauta and Akhali Atoni.
