Rospotrebnadzor checking quality of alcoholic beverages imported from Georgia
The Russian Federal Service for Surveillance on Consumer Rights Protection and Human Wellbeing (Rospotrebnadzor) is checking quality of alcoholic beverages imported from Georgia.
Based on the statement of the federal executive body, the quality of alcoholic products imported into Russia in the first half of 2018, does not correspond to the law on customer rights and technical regulations.
Reportedly, prohibition extended to 16 thousand liters of Georgian wide. Rospotrebnadzor plans to make control regarding imported alcoholic products stricter.
