Republican Hospital to be declared as quarantine zone

The Tbilisi Republican Hospital will be declared as a quarantine zone regarding the novel coronavirus cases reported in Georgia – Levan Gopodze, Director of Republic Hospital said.

 

“All persons, who may have the virus, will be placed here. They will be under observation. Analysis will be taken and their management will be carried out as epidemic situation further requires,” Gopodze said.

 

According to the Director of Republican Hospital, the staff is at present undergoing through the necessary training. The hospital can accommodate up to 88 patients.
