Representatives of the opposition and Diplomatic Corps held a meeting at the Holiday Inn Hotel in Tbilisi.

The latest development in the country and court trials into cases of oppositional leaders and civil activists were the main topics for discussions. The opposition plans to give the diplomats the list of investigators, prosecutors and judges who are enforcing political orders.

According to Gigi Ugulava, one of the leaders of European Georgia Party, Tbilisi City Court has recently turned into a headquarters of the opposition as political processes are developing in the court halls.

Ugulava said that the cases of physical assaults and attacks had become frequent and usually oppositional politicians were held responsible for such facts.

“We all understand that Ivanishvili (Chairman of the ruling Georgian Dream Party) is giving orders. Ivanishvili is almost untouchable unless he begins waging of chemical war against his people, but we can struggle against prosecutors, judges and investigators. We can be successful in their limiting the right of free movement in free countries, this can be achieved, I am sure,” Ugulava said.
