Rain expected in eastern Georgia

Heavy rain, lightning, hail, and wind are expected in eastern Georgia, mostly in the Kakheti region on the night of September 18 and September 19.

According to the National Environment Agency, the forecast weather may cause a significant increase in water levels, floods on small rivers, and triggering and activation of landslide-flood processes in mountainous areas.
