The National Environment Agency (NEA) has issued its forecast for expected weather conditions across Georgia.
According to meteorologists, scattered light rainfall will persist in some parts of the country on April 25–26, whilst April 27 is set to bring a return of wet and windy weather more broadly.
Tbilisi: Largely dry conditions are expected on April 25–26, with a brief spell of rain and strong winds forecast for April 27. Daytime temperatures will reach +18 to +20°C.
Coastal areas (Batumi, Kobuleti, Anaklia, Poti): Mainly dry on April 25–26, with rain and wind returning on April 27. Daytime temperatures will reach +18 to +20°C.
Western Georgia lowlands (Zestaponi, Kutaisi, Samtredia, Zugdidi, Martvili, Ozurgeti): Largely dry on April 25–26, with rain expected to return on April 27. Daytime temperatures will reach +19 to +21°C.
Western Georgia mountain areas (Ambrolauri, Oni, Tsageri, Shovi, Chiatura, Sachkhere, Khulo, Rikoti Pass): Largely dry on April 25–26, with rain returning on April 27. Daytime temperatures will reach +16 to +18°C.
Western Georgia high-altitude areas (Mestia, Bakhмaro): Largely dry on April 25–26, with rain returning on April 27. Daytime temperatures will reach +9 to +11°C.
Kartli (Rustavi, Bolnisi, Marneuli, Gardabani, Gori, Tskhinvali): Largely dry on April 25–26, with rain and strong winds forecast for April 27. Daytime temperatures will reach +17 to +19°C.
Kakheti (Sagarejo, Telavi, Gurjaani, Sighnaghi, Lagodekhi, Kvareli, Akhmeta, Dedoplistskaro): Largely dry on April 25–26, with rain and strong winds expected on April 27. Daytime temperatures will reach +18 to +20°C.
Eastern Georgia mountain areas (Akhaltsikhe, Borjomi, Dusheti, Tianeti, Pasanauri): Largely dry on April 25–26, with rain and strong winds returning on April 27. Daytime temperatures will reach +14 to +16°C.
Eastern Georgia high-altitude areas (Akhalkalaki, Tsalka, Bakuriani, Gudauri, Omalo): Largely dry on April 25–26, with rain and strong winds forecast for April 27. Daytime temperatures will reach +7 to +9°C.
