Christmas pardon – Briefing will be held at President’s Administration

A briefing will be held today at 12:00, at the Administration of the President of Georgia, regarding the Christmas Pardon. The President’s Press Office reports.

This will be the first Pardon Act after the president declared a moratorium on pardoning prisoners in September.

It is unknown if the list will include Archbishop Giorgi Mamaladze.

The Holy Synod requested the President release the Archbishop on November 8.
