President of Poland to visit occupational line

President of Poland, Andrzej Duda, visited the occupation line in Odzisi village, the European Union Monitoring Mission (EUMM) in Georgia reported. The EUMM Head,
Ambassador Marek Szczygieł focused on the negative impact of borderization process, human rights violation of locals, restriction on free movement, limitations to education and healthcare.
President of Poland said he was grateful to the EUMM for organizing the field visit and reconfirmed Poland’s support to the mission.
There are 17 Polish citizens serving in the mission. The high-level Polish visits in the EUMM were carried out in 2017.
