President of Lithuania to visit Georgia on May 25

President of Lithuania Dalia Grybauskaitė will pay an official visit to Georgia on May 25.
Dalia Grybauskaitė will hold meetings with the President of Georgia Giorgi Margvelashvili, Prime Minister Giorgi Kvirikashvili and Speaker of Parliament Irakli Kobakhidze.
During the meetings several issues will be discussed, including: NATO summit, relations between the two countries, the friendship between the Lithuanian and Georgian people, the relations with the European Union, the Eastern Partnership initiative, trade-economic ties, the security challenges, the situation in the region and the occupied territories of Georgia.
President of Lithuania will participate in the events dedicated to the 100th anniversary of the First Republic of Georgia.
