Georgian gov't rejects president's request for working visit to Lithuania

The Georgian Government has rejected the request for a working visit by the Georgian President, Salome Zourabichvili, to Lithuania from April 10 to April 12, 2024.

The decree, published on the government’s website, cited Article 52 of the Constitution of Georgia and Article 74 of the Law of Georgia On the Structure, Powers and Procedures of the Government of Georgia as the basis for the refusal. Prime Minister Irakli Kobakhidze signed the decree.
