The President of Georgia demands immediate setting up of the structure substituting the Security Council.

President Giorgi Margvelashvili made this statement at the 12th Conference on Defense and Security of Georgia ongoing in Batumi.

According to President, the strategic partners are assessing the abolition of a Security Council after enactment of a new Constitution as a problem.

According to Giorgi Margvelashvili, the Security Council is a format where high officials should take united political decisions in terms of security.
