PM to be grateful to Hungarian Ambassador for Georgia-Hungary bilateral and multilateral relations

Georgian Prime Minister, Irakli Garibashvili hosted Hungary’s Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary to Georgia, Victoria Horvath for a farewell meeting.

The Head of the government underlined bilateral and multilateral relations between the two countries and thanked the Ambassador for her efforts.

PM also highlighted Hungary’s support in facilitating the export of medicines during the Covid-19 pandemic.

Garibashvili hailed Hungary’s support for Georgia sovereignty and its assistance in the successful implementation of the European reform agenda.

According to the Head of Government, Georgia and the European Union have developed a unique partnership, and Georgia made an ambitious commitment to continuing political and economic reforms to officially apply for EU membership in 2024.
