PM to address Parliament on higher education reform under interpellation procedure
Prime Minister Irakli Kobakhidze will appear before Parliament to provide a report under the interpellation procedure concerning higher education reform, Parliament Speaker Shalva Papuashvili announced during the Bureau meeting.
According to the Speaker, the questions have already been prepared.
“As you are aware, during the final sessional week of each month, there is an opportunity to interpellate the Prime Minister. Questions must be submitted one week before the plenary session.
Since this week’s opportunity has passed, the next will be available next month, on Wednesday and Thursday, October 26 and 27.
The Prime Minister is scheduled to report to Parliament under the interpellation format on November 25. The questions will focus on the higher education reform, specifically the reform’s concept, which has already been announced,” he explained.
