“Last year, when pseudo-liberals protested the celebration of Orthodox Christmas on January 7, I wished for them to embrace the truth. I am glad that my wish has partially come true,” Prime Minister Irakli Kobakhidze wrote on Facebook.
The PM noted that this year, pseudo-liberals refrained from commenting on the January 7 Christmas celebration or labelling it as “Russian Christmas.”
Kobakhidze asserted that liberal fascism aims to divide society and that these “attacks” were intended to tarnish the image of the Georgian church.
He observed that this year, pseudo-liberals “received a different instruction,” leading to what he described as their “illusory conversion” dictated by a political agenda.
“Though this illusory conversion is politically motivated and therefore entirely fake and hypocritical, it should be seen as a victory for the healthy majority of society,” he said.
The PM believes that, alongside recognizing the celebration, pseudo-liberals should publicly condemn LGBT propaganda and the so-called Pride, as well as support the parliament’s approved Law on Family Values and Protection of Minors.
“The government of Georgia will respond to each of their conversions with love!” the Prime Minister concluded.
