PM dismisses significance of president's actions

“Salome Zourabichvili is unable to relinquish her position and is doing everything she can to oppose the ruling team,” stated Prime Minister Irakli Kobakhidze during a press conference.

According to the Prime Minister, the President has only five Fridays remaining before the end of her term.

“When you are the President and have the entire Presidential Administration at your disposal, it is unexpected that Salome Zourabichvili may lack the ability to comprehend what she has read or heard. But what about the administration? When you are aware of what has been said and yet respond with falsehoods, it reveals Salome Zourabichvili’s true intentions.

She cannot relinquish her position and is determined to confront the ruling team. She refuses to acknowledge the election results and seems intent on merely surviving the remaining five Fridays. However, her time is limited, and once those five Fridays are over, she will lose her precedence. Therefore, I would not attribute much importance to her actions; she is in a state of decline,” he added.
