“When somebody wants to change anything about Georgia’s behaviour, they should talk with us. The problem now is that they don’t talk with us. They’re not ready to talk with us,” Georgian Prime Minister Irakli Kobakhidze said at the EU Enlargement Summit in Brussels, organized by Euronews.

Kobakhidze said Georgia had its own values, which he described as being in line with those of the European Union, including sovereignty, democracy, the rule of law and judicial independence.

“We have our values, which are very much in line with European values: sovereignty, democracy, the rule of law, the independence of the judiciary.

We are ready to debate each and every issue. But let’s start talking, and they should provide their arguments about the laws and other actions — about Molotov cocktails, for example. Maybe it was good to support Molotov cocktails in Georgia, which is not supported in France, for example,” Kobakhidze said.
