PM congratulates Helga Schmid on appointment as OSCE Secretary General

Prime Minister of Georgia Giorgi Gakharia congratulated Helga Schmid, top-ranking EU diplomat on appointment as Secretary General of the Organization for Security and Co-operation (OSCE).
