All patients injured at Gombori Pass have been discharged from Telavi hospital

All patients, who were injured in a road accident at Gombori Pass in eastern Kakheti region, have been discharged from the hospital.

According to Maia Imerlishvili head of the medical institution, two patients have been transferred to the appropriate profile clinic, the rest of them have been discharged.

Three injured children are placed at Tsitsishvili Clinic, three have been transferred to Iashvili Clinic, and four are undergoing medical treatment at Ghudushauri Clinic.

Four people died and twenty-one injured in the road accident at Gombori Pass in eastern Kakheti region on June 9. There is one juvenile among the killed persons. According to the preliminary information, the driver lost control of the steering-wheel.

A mini-bus en-route across Gombori Pass fell in the ravine. The mini-bus was transporting 6th-grade school students and their parents being on an excursion.

Drive was detained by police.
