A dead body of a newly-born child was found at one of the blocs of apartments in Tbilisi. Reportedly, a juvenile mother threw out the baby from a window.

The Ministry of Internal Affairs (MIA) opened an investigation into the fact on charge of premeditated murder under Criminal Code of Georgia.
