National Gallery announces closure to visitors throughout August due to technical issues
The National Gallery will be closed to visitors from August 1 through August 31 due to technical difficulties that prevent the maintenance of optimal temperature and humidity levels within the exhibition halls.
“The gallery is unable to uphold the required environmental parameters in the exhibition spaces due to ongoing technical issues. Consequently, the Dimitri Shevardnadze National Gallery will remain closed to the public throughout August,” announced the Georgian National Museum via its social media channels.
