“You will rarely find a political party in the world that has caused as much harm to its people and country as the United National Movement has since its very inception,” MP Rati Ionatamishvili, Chair of the Parliamentary Human Rights Protection Committee, told GPB First Channel.

According to him, it makes no difference whether they were in opposition or in government; their primary objective was to damage the nation.

“You will rarely find a political party in the world that has caused as much harm to its people and country as the United National Movement has since its very inception. Their intent was always destructive, regardless of their position in power.

Now, the time has come for them to be held accountable for the crimes they have committed against the Constitution of Georgia. The evidence against them is compelling, particularly concerning one specific party,” said Ionatamishvili.
