Michael Siebert says the lifting of travel restrictions for Germany is a welcome step

“Georgia has announced the lifting of travel restrictions for Germany and four other EU member states. A welcome step towards normalization of travel regulations with all EU member states,” Director for Eastern Europe, Caucasus and Central Asia at the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Germany, Michael Siebert, has echoed the Georgian Government’s decision to open its borders unconditionally to following EU countries – Germany, France, Latvia, Lithuania and Estonia.
