Mariam Kerdikashvili won the silver medal at the 500m distance in Canoe, at the 2018 ECA Junior and U23 Canoe Sprint European Championships in Auronzo, Italy.

In the final Mariam Kerdikashvili covered the distance in 2 minutes and 16.469 seconds and won a silver medal.

Liudmyla Luzan from Ukraine went to the first place (2:13.619), the bronze medal was won by Eugénie Dorange (France).
