Mamuka Bakhtadze will discuss Georgia’s achievements in democracy building and country’s challenges in his UN speech
“The main topic in my speech in the United Nations will encompass the challenges and painful issues facing our country today stemming from Russia’s occupation of our territories, ethnic cleansing, depopulation, and the total humanitarian disaster in the occupied territories,” Georgian Prime Minister Mamuka Bakhtadze stated in his reply to journalists’ question in Washington, DC.
According to the Head of Government, he will also speak about Georgia’s vision and achievements in democracy building.
“We will also discuss the plan and strategy defining ways to transform Georgia into a developed economy and to achieve our foreign policy goals,” – the Prime Minister stated.
