Mamuka Bakhtadze – Increase of Pensions by 20-20 GEL is planned in 2019-2020

Increase of state pensions by 20-20 GEL is planned in 2019-2020 – Mamuka Bakhtadze, Prime Minister stated during his address to lawmakers in the parliament which is discussing expression of confidence to the new membership of the government.

Bakhtadze said that the main achievement of social policy was activation of state insurance program. He said that patients would have the possibility to become involved in C Hepatitis elimination program in the future.

Also, the role of family doctors will be increased, state program for provision of socially vulnerable and patients with chronic diseases with necessary medicines will be activated; legislative base for improvement of healthcare services will be perfected.

PM underlined that the government would keep on carrying out social programs and provision of IDPs with living spaces.
