Everyone who conceals crimes and allows ongoing violent actions to proceed under the guise of formal investigations will personally become subject to legal responsibility and must appear before Georgian justice, stated Ana Natsvlishvili, a member of the opposition Lelo party, at today’s briefing.

According to Natsvlishvili, Bidzina Ivanishvili bears responsibility for the violent actions against Georgian citizens.

“In recent days, including last night, we hold Russian oligarch Bidzina Ivanishvili personally accountable for violent actions against the Constitution of Georgia and the citizens of Georgia. He must answer for all these crimes before Georgian justice.

The Internal Affairs Ministry is complicit in these crimes, as it has become a subdivision of the ruling party, focusing on concealing crimes and engaging in fake, completely illegal actions instead of promptly responding to crimes committed against citizens, which is criminal negligence.

I warn them that everyone who covers up crimes and allows ongoing violent actions to continue under the pretence of formal investigations will personally face legal consequences and must appear before the Georgian justice system. As for those participating in telephone campaigns these days, each orderer, organizer, or executor will be identified and held accountable for their criminal involvement. What you are doing is a criminal offence. Despite carrying out tasks for the Russian oligarch, you cannot escape and must personally answer for your criminal actions,” Natsvlishvili said.
