A legendary Georgian freestyle wrestler, twice Olimpic, four times world and three times European Champion, Levan Tediashvili died at the age of 75.

In the poll organized by the Sports Journalism Association, Levan Tediashvili was named as the third-best athlete of the 20th century.

The wrestler had the Vakhtang Gorgasali Order.
