Lawyers of persons charged with supporting terrorism sign non-disclosure agreement

Lawyers of the persons detained during the special operation carried out on December 26 in Pankisi Gorge on charges of supporting terrorism signed a non-disclosure agreement, Mariam Kublashvili, lawyer of one of the defendants, said.

According to Kublashvili, the lawyers signed the agreement at the state security service. “I have signed a non-disclosure agreement not to transfer case materials to third parties and not to publicize it. We also agreed on the extension of the investigative term,” Kublashvili claimed.

On December 26, the State Security Service detained 5 persons, 4 – in Pankisi and one in Tbilisi. All of them are accused of having links with the persons neutralized during the special operation on Beri Gabrieli Street in Tbilisi. One person was injured in the special operation.
