Labor Party leader praises "American people wisdom in getting rid of Trumpism"
“The partner supports the people first and foremost, not the political elites who come and go, especially the elite that Putin sent us and whose power is based on money, bribery, violence, dictatorship, political prisons, election fraud, impoverishment of people, and the country. If you congratulate such representatives, of course, you should expect criticism,” Shalva Natelashvili, the leader of the Labor Party, said.
At the same time, Natelashvili also recalled that the US Deputy Secretary of State Philip Reeker demanded the opposition to enter parliament. According to Shalva Natelashvili, this position is not a partnership.
“As for this gentleman, he demanded us to enter the parliament when we met at the Metekhi Hotel after Pompeo’s departure. Thus, we believe that this position is not a partnership, and thanks to the American people, for their wisdom in overcoming Trumpism,” Shalva Natelashvili said.
Labor Party is among eight opposition parties and blocs that secured seats at the Georgian parliament but renounced them, having reasoned the election fraud.
