Judge fines paediatrician Konstantine Chakhunashvili 2,500 GEL

Paediatrician Konstantine Chakhunashvili was designated as an administrative offender. Judge Lela Tsagareishvili imposed a fine of 2,500 GEL. He has been freed from the courtroom.

Chakhunashvili was charged with violating Article 173 of the Administrative Offences Code, which means failing to comply with an order of the police officer.

On December 9, Chakhunashvili was arrested on Nutsubidze Street while he was heading to a rally.
