Irakli Shotadze presents his plans at today's sitting of Committee on Legal Affairs
Irakli Shotadze, the candidate for the Prosecutor General position will present his future plans at today’s sitting of Committee on Legal Affairs.
Irakli Shotadze was nominated by the Prosecutorial Council.
In order to be elected as a Prosecutor General, 76 MPs of a total of 150 should vote for him.
According to the legislation, Parliament elects the Prosecutor General for a six-year term.
The session of the Legal Issues Committee is scheduled at 14:00.
