I hope that finally, a fair verdict will be delivered into this very important case, which involves a very grave crime – the murder of underage children,- Irakli Kobakhidze, Speaker of the Parliament said at the bureau session  said in Parliament today.

According to Irakli Kobakhidze, the Prosecutor’s Office plans to appeal the court’s verdict.

“We heard the verdict and the position of the Prosecutor’s Office claiming that the court did not share its evidence. Consequently, the Prosecutor’s Office plans to appeal the verdict. I hope that finally, a fair verdict will be delivered on this very important case, which involves a very grave crime – the murder of underage children. When two children were killed, and in one case a verdict is about completed crime and in second case the verdict talks about attempted crime, it is obvious that the case should be brought to the end. This crime should finally be resolved and fair verdict should be delivered”, –  Irakli Kobakhidze said.
